Individual Registration
Delegates are required to complete the registration in order to have full access to the virtual congress. A step-to-step guideline on registration is available for your reference.
Group Registration
There will be a special group discount for registration of more than 5 delegates. To further proceed, please contact the APVRS secretariat by emailing to: registration@apvrs.org with the completed group registration form. The deadline of group registration is November 30, 2021.

** Registration in the trainee category will require a completed trainee declaration form upon registration. If you failed to submit the declaration form before the congress period, you will need to pay the full amount of registration fee. A partial refund can be granted AFTER the 2021 Congress has ended, upon submission of the completed trainee declaration form to declaration@apvrs.org.
# After completing your registration, PayPal may need time to verify your payment, which will take up to 2 hours. To enjoy the virtual congress to the fullest, please reserve time for registration accordingly.
All registration must be completed by December 8, 2021 (11:59pm GMT+8). The online registration will then be closed temporarily and reopened on December 10, 2021 (00:01am GMT+8). Account registered and paid after December 10, 2021 will take 24 hours to be activated to attend the Congress.
If your abstract has been selected to be presented in the submitted program, your registration fee will be waived as a token of appreciation from the APVRS 2021 Virtual Organizing Committee.
Please note that registration for the 14th APVRS Congress is facilitated by the APAO ID. You will have to register for an APAO ID and authorize the 14th APVRS Congress to access your profile and contact information in order to complete your registration. This way, you will not have to input your personal particulars every year when you register for the APVRS Annual Congress (or the APAO Annual Congress). Please note that signing up for an APAO ID is a prerequisite for registration.
If you participated in previous APVRS Congress(es) and provided us with an accurate email address, an APAO ID has already been created for you. You only need to input the email address you used to register for our previous congresses and retrieve your password by clicking “Forgot Password.” You will be able to review your attendance record at the APVRS Annual Congress since APVRS 2012 with the APAO ID.
Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
All online transactions are processed by PayPal. The Organiser does not collect any credit card information submitted for online payment.
Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the APVRS 2021 Virtual. No personal data will be disclosed to third parties by the Organiser.
The Registration and Abstract Submission System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and registered email address must be sent to the 14th APVRS Congress Secretariat by email at registration@apvrs.org.
Cancellations received in writing to the Congress Secretariat by October 31, 2021, will be accepted and registration fees will be fully refunded. For written requests received by November 30, 2021, your registration fee will be refunded less an administrative fee of US$20 per person, per meeting. The refund, after deducting the administrative fee, will be processed after the Congress only.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after November 30, 2021, or non-attendance at the Congress.
